Wealth Access, a customer data insights platform, has joined Jack Henry’s Vendor Integration Program. Through this program, financial institutions can access Wealth Access’s services to deliver personalized experiences for customers, according to a press release.
Wealth Access works with financial institutions’ existing records to create an omnichannel digital experience by unifying records across multiple systems, which in turn improves revenue and loyalty. The platform also integrates with SilverLake via jXchange to allow banks and vendors to access its core data and business rules.
“Most banks have not had the opportunity to centralize their data, which means customers face the inconvenience of logging into multiple entry points to access their information. Wealth Access is dedicated to equipping banks with the essential tools they need to streamline access to data, ultimately enhancing the financial journey for their customers,” David Benskin, founder and CEO of Wealth Access, said in the release. “Our participation in the Jack Henry VIP enhances our ability to support our banking relationships and empowers them to maximize customer engagements and drive growth across all banking business lines and services.”
